Delivering the latest Rap/Hip-Hop, R&B/Soul in the first hour, followed by the ‘Dancehall Hour’ from the second hour onwards!
The show’s early blueprint started in 2020 at his time with Radio2Funky in Leicester, as a guest DJ. After early positive feedback Sim Citi was offered his own two-hour slot on the growing station.
Joining the Ujima Family in 2022, from here he has recreated a popular self-titled live weekly show, which predominantly features the latest Hip-Hop/Rap, Soul/RnB and Dancehall music.
As he regularly mentions on his show “Music of last month, this month and the months to come!” This show not only features various prominent Artists and musicians as guest, Sim Citi also uses his show to feature the next generation of upcoming DJs and presenters.
A highly-valued show within the south-west region, which not only guarantees brand-new music every single week for the listeners, Sim Citi has also used the show as a platform for the next generation of creatives, who are carefully hand-picked by the man himself.
