DJ Juicy aka Juice Masta is a well known and respected DJ on the music circuit stemming out of Gloucester, playing out regularly out various venues.

During lockdown he was hosting a regularly livestream on Twitch which attracted a big following.

A versatile DJ who has been on the scene for nearly 20 years, during that period he’s warmed up for various artists/DJ’s including , Children of Zeus, David ‘Ram Jam’ Rodigan Seani Bee & Shortee Blitz.

We are really excited to announce the return of the Tuesday Rise Up Breakfast Show.  Ex Kiss FM Morning presenter Becky will be taking over the controls from this Tuesday 9th May from 8-10am.

Becky is  a professional Voice Artist, Broadcaster, Nutritionist and Writer, and we are delighted to have her on the station.  You will already of heard Becky on the Thursday Rise Up Show with Miss Divine and Oona and don’t worry she will continue with the banter with the team every week so now you can catch her twice a week here on Ujima Radio on Tuesdays & Thursdays Rise Up Breakfast Show – Together We Rise!

Afrikan Queens is a 10 part series celebrating our ancestors and Queens and Sheroes that all too often have been forgotten or left out of the history books. In this series we aim to uncover, discover and share the true history of these amazing women through the lens of our modern sheroes and community leaders.
