Beyond Equality is a change-making organisation!

Beyond Equality is a change-making organisation that works with men and boys to promote positive masculinities.

Men and boys are in a crisis with their mental health, their sense of identity and the violence they inflict on women, girls and each other.

Beyond Equality equips men with new perspectives, kickstarting a process of change for individuals and the community; and empowering us all to be better.

Beyond Equality is partnering with Movember to launch ‘Men’s Health Hubs’ across the UK. They will train a team of local facilitators to run a series of transformative workshops for groups of men aged 18-30 around subjects such as ‘collective resilience’, ‘mental wellbeing’ and ‘allyship’.

The aim of the project is to start new conversations among groups of men and overcome the stigma of asking for help, challenge harmful norms around masculinity and create a safer and more inclusive community.

They are looking for existing community groups of young men in Bristol aged 18-30 to deliver their fully-funded workshops to.

If you are connected to a group of men aged 18-30 that you feel would benefit from taking part in these workshops, please email bristol@beyondequality.org.
