Ujima Radio celebrates International Women’s Day 2023!
The Ujima Sisters takeover the Airwaves on Weds 8th March in homage to women everywhere!

- 8-10am The Rise Up Breakfast Show – Together We Rise with Miss Divine & Rosina
- 10-12pm Afrikan Queens – This empowering series uncovers & discovers the real history of African Queens & Sheroes
- 12-2pm – Muneera Pilgrim – Muneera is an international Poet, Cultural Producer, Writer, Broadcaster and TEDx speaker and will feature a sublime mix of poetry and music.
- 2-4pm – Glocal IWD Special with an empowering & emotional interview with Mama Vera Hope Walcott a veteran activist. Sharing her lived experience of living & resisting life in America under the Segregation Laws.
- 4-6pm – Stacey Olika & Euella Jackson – Award Winning Creatives celebrate women in this dynamic & bumper packed show with banging tunes, banter & discussions!
- 6-8pm – Eva Lazarus– Eva takes over with her amazing selection of tunes and is joined by The Keep It Real Pod crew Ruth Royall, Madly, Anna Picie Holmes & Rhiipercussion.
