Velvet Magnetic *are* back with thier show ‘Velvet After Dark’ Fridays 12-2am.

 

Velvet Magnetic DJs SAZ and Els look at philosophical and spiritual ideas from around the world and celebrate the diversity and unity of humankind. They look at nature, myths and
stories and current inspirations; mixing eclectic music and conscious voices, with the
intention of decolonising and reframing narratives.
They are welcoming new collaborations and new music mixes to illuminate the show and spread good vibrations- please email mixes to:
Weaving in their own experiences and wisdom of womanhood and motherhood, SAZ and
Els bring a sense of belonging to all those searching for a cosmic connection in a healing
space. The show will take you on a journey through deeper thought processes around identity and belonging.

Miranda Rae is a Producer and Presenter with over 25 years experience of working in radio and music industries including her own weekly show on BBC Radio 5 for which she won a Sony Award and many years on the infamous Galaxy Radio where Miranda played a pivotal role in the UK’s music scene. Miranda assists in overseeing, and helps to curate over 50 programmes a week. The role is multi-faceted and includes training, broadcasting, producing, programming, supporting emerging talent, social media, PR & publicity, event management and stage management, employing many technical skills including editing and using many different software as a user and a programmer.
