ABOUT: Diggz
Artist, DJ, Broadcaster, Journalist.

In the 90s Diggz became a pioneer of the UK R&B club scene, he produced landmark events across Bristol & Cardiff where legends came to spin & 1000s came weekly to enjoy his brand of clubbing.
He built his name on Bristols original Galaxy radio before going on to Londons Kiss FM where he met friend & long time collaborator Trevor Nelson.
He was then headhunted by the BBC for his own show on the uks first DAB station 1xtra in 2002 & hosted monthly residencies on Radio 1 where he also twice played live on air NYE sets.
He toured the European & UK club circuits for a decade & held down residencies at the legendary Southport weekender, Sound Republic in London & his own acclaimed nights at Level & Creation in Bristol.
He has interviewed cultural icons including Snoop Dogg, Aaliyah, Wu-Tang Clan and Notorious B.I.G., and outkast who later awarded him a platinum disk for his support on the now iconic Speakerboxx / the Love Below.
Now back in Bristol, he last year returned with his boldest, most personal work to date – an album called FREED – ‘Learning to let go’ a project shaped by experience, honesty and a renewed love for the art of music itself.
His sets are now more electronic and dance driven & reflect the eclectic world of music that surrounds us all but still centred around soul.
This year he’s already launched his first club night in the city for 20 years which is called COMMON GROUND bringing legendary & modern DJs together & he’s also taken on the management of Roni Sizes record open format record label ‘Mansion Sounds’.
It looks like Diggz is settling nicely back into the Bristol music scene and we’re excited to see him back on the decks this summer where he belongs.
Diggz releases ‘Freed’ – a genre-defying debut album about identity, anxiety and reinvention
A Bristol icon returns with a raw, cinematic record shaped by personal reckoning, creative freedom and mentorship from Roni Size, featuring rising stars Snow, Kwazi, Maddy Walker, Ali Austin and Xan Versais
Diggz, a respected voice in UK radio and a long-time champion of homegrown talent, released his debut album Freed on Friday 1st August 2025 – a bold, emotionally resonant project that sees the artist break away from expectations and confront his own history.
Known for his work on BBC Radio 1 and 1xtra, Kiss and Galaxy FM, Diggz now returns with a deeply personal and sonically adventurous body of work that blends alt-soul, electronic textures, spoken word and cinematic sound design.
Tune in for 2 hours every Friday 6-8PM of pioneering music by the trailblazing FREED & Full Cycle Crew.

Now with new music, things do go full cycle…
About Siva Gold:
Siva Gold is a female Bristol-based drum & bass DJ, radio presenter and resident with Full Cycle.
A fixture in Bristol’s vibrant music scene, she is known for her exceptional tune selection blending fresh new releases with legacy tracks, and her ability to craft sets that entertain and fill dance floors long into the night.
Siva first fell in love with jungle and drum & bass while listening to pirate radio stations in the 90s. While studying music and dance at university she learned to DJ, before going on to build a successful career in radio broadcasting. In fact you’ve probably heard her presenting the news on Heart, BBC, Jack FM or Kiss FM.
Full Cycle Founder Roni Size says: “Siva instinctively knows how to curate sets that fill dance floors and radio shows that build loyal followings. Her deep knowledge and experience built up over 30 years of being immersed in the scene, means she knows exactly how to put on a show that’ll entertain any audience.”
Ujima Radio are very excited to have this team of DJ’s and Producers join our roster of specialist DJ’s.
