On Monday 10th October it is World Mental Health day and at 12pm on Ujima Radio you can hear the NHS Takeover Show dedicated to this day. Winter can be a challenging time – It’s much darker earlier in the day, temperatures are dropping and we’re spending more time indoors. We’re also facing a cost-of-living challenge, which is putting more pressure and strain on people, impacting on our mental health.
On World Mental Health Day, we will be joined by Dr Mary Backhouse from the NHS and
Tyntesfield Medical Group to talk all things mental health – including how you can support yourself, support loved ones, and seek support from local services.
That’s this Monday 10th October at 12pm on Ujima Radio!
